Richard Kenneth Mason, Sr. 80, of Spotsylvania died Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Mary Washington Hospital. Born in New Hampshire, he was the son of the late Fordyce Wendell Mason and Vivian Ardell Lowery Smith. He retired, after 40 years from the City of Concord, New Hampshire. Survivors include his wife of 57 years; Patricia Landry Mason; two sons, Charles Mason and Richard Mason, II (Joanna); and four grandchildren, Nicolas Mason, Natasha Mason, Jacob Mason and Justin Mason; and several nieces and nephews. A private burial will be held in Vermont at a later date.
