Richard Carlton Hepler, 67, of Ruther Glen died Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Henrico-Forest Hospital. Born in Virginia, he was a U. S. Army veteran and was a trainer at West Point Military Academy during his time in the Army. He owned RCH Hauling and Brothers Hauling for more than 40 years. He loved trucking, motorcycles and his dogs. Survivors include his wife, Renee Hepler; two sons, Josh Hepler and Joey Hepler and step-son, James Wilson; two daughters, Chelsey Hepler and Sara Hepler; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A visitation will be held 2-4 [pm Sunday, September 22 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green. Burial will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at Quantico National Cemetery.
