Christopher Lee Gutridge (October 13, 1949-September 27, 2024)) of Ruther Glen passed away peacefully in the early morning with his wife of forty-five years by his side. As friends and family look back on his life, his smile, sense of humor, and service to others are a few of the things that stand out. He leaves behind his wife, Joan, his two children, Wendy Heflin (Anthony) of SC and Christopher Matthew Gutridge (Melissa) of CT, four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. In addition, he leaves behind his two younger siblings, Katherine Parker (David) of Ruther Glen and William Lee Gutridge jr. of FL. The family will receive visitors from 5-7pm on Thursday, October 10th at Storke Funeral Home at 111 S Main St, Bowling Green, VA 22427.
