Clifton “Wayne” Martin, 80, of Sparta died Monday, December 2, 2024 at Memorial Regional Medical Center. Born in Virginia, he was was the son of the late Lloyd Clifton and Arnead Johnson Martin. He had retired from Fort Walker.  He is survived by his wife, Sheila Martin and a step-son, Thomas Engle.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
