Jacqueline was a beloved spouse, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. Jacqueline attended Oak Grove High School and went to college at University of Mary Washington. Jacqueline retired from Westmoreland News. Jacqueline had a pure passion for her family and friends that she loved very much. She also loved her cats and dogs that gave her the motivation to get through everyday life with a huge smile on her face. Jaqueline and her best friend Joyce Coates of many years wrote a book called Remember When and it will give you every detailed visual of her home town Colonial Beach that she truly loved and has been all of her life.
Jacqueline is proceeded in death by her mother Evelyn Ford McKissick and father Wilson John McKissick, Her sister Connie Klopsis, Nephew Joeph Klopsis, and her forever love of 60 years Donald Rae Shinn.
Jacqueline leaves behind her sister in law Mable Shinn, daughter Debra Shinn Pierce, Son in law Henry Marks, Nieces Jennifer Jacobson (David), Lisa Allison (Steve), Marsha Thorpe (Kenny), Rachel Inscoe (Cal), Her grandchildren Jon-Michael Marks (Tiffany) and Christopher Marks (Laura). Jacqueline also leaves behind as she says her greatest grandbabies Chassity (Jacob); Chase, Skylie, Lilly, Leland, Zaki, Kelsey, Kiley, Aubrie, Ariel, Rylee, Donalina, Harlee, Jennifer, Jadyn, and Billie (Amber).
She will truly be missed and is beyond loved by so many family and friends.
