Lloyd N. Samuels passed away peacefully Friday, January 3, 2025 in Richmond, VA. Lloyd was the son of the late Percy E. Samuels and Susie Pitts Samuels of Fredericksburg, VA. Born March 12, 1945, Lloyd and his father owned and operated P.E. Samuels and Son, Inc. Building, Plumbing and Heating located in Fredericksburg, VA.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-four years, Marcia Musante Samuels. Lloyd is survived by his brother, B.B. Samuels (Deberah Carter) of Labelle, FL. Three sons; J.E. ”Skip” Samuels (Tammy) of Warsaw, VA; Lloyd E. Samuels (Georgia) of Sequim, WA; Christopher N. Samuels of Iowa City, IA. Eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by his niece and nephews

Lloyd was an active member of St. Timothy Catholic Church located in Tappahannock, VA. Storke Funeral Home in Bowling Green, VA will manage all arrangements. A memorial service will be held later at St. Timothy Catholic church Tappahannock, VA. Lloyd will be placed with his wife Marcia in the columbarium, located in the Father Richard Dollard Memorial Garden, at St. Timothy Catholic Church.
