Lawrence Edward McMichael, 75 of Bowling Green passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025 in Richmond. He served in the United States Army for four years during the Vietnam War. Lawrence taught school in Stafford and loved interacting with his students. He kept in touch with many of them over the years. He loved Ford vehicles, especially restoring his 66 pickup truck. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Susan McMichael; his daughters, Andrea McMichael (Darius) and Emily Kile (David); his brother, Thomas H. McMichael; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Catherine McMichael and his sister, Juanita Cruz. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
