Mildred H. Haley, 95, of Frog Level, died Thursday, January 30, 2025, at her home. Born in Beaverdam, she was a member of Concord Baptist Church.  Mildred was an RN for Johnson Willis Hospital and in later years for Ashland Convalescent Center for a total of over 40 years.  After retirement she became a fulltime caretaker for her grandchildren.  Survivors include three daughters, Jane Haley (Laura), Gwen Edwards, and Helen Haley; three grandchildren, Austin (Virginia) Edwards and Tyler (Morgan) Edwards, and Elena Haley, and several nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews. Mildred’s sister Agnes preceded her in death.  Mildred called Agnes faithfully every day to check on her.  A graveside funeral service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, February 1, 2025 Carmel Baptist Church, Ruther Glen. Memorial contributions may be made to Frog Level Fire Dept., or Hospice of Virginia.
