Margaret Ann Barbee, 77, of King George, passed away on Thursday, 13 February 2025.  Daughter to the late Frances Farrah (formerly Farkasosky), Maggie was born in Perryopolis, Pennsylvania.  Maggie was preceded in death by her sister Elizabeth “Liz” Farrah.  Though she may not have realized it at the time, Maggie turned out to be quite an explorer across her years, having traveled via boat, bus, canoe, car, train, truck, and plane from her childhood in Pennsylvania to Arizona, California, Florida, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington (state), West Virginia, Canada, and Bermuda and many stops in between.  She was noted by many to scrounge up a good home-cooked meal along those adventures and lend a helping hand when needed.  Maggie is survived by her sister Helen; son John; daughter Mindy; son-in-law Steven; and grandchildren Aaron, Austin, and Delaney.
