With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Pamela “Pam” Urbank Graham, 73, of Colonial Beach who passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025. Pamela was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and dedicated volunteer. She was a woman of kindness, strength, and unwavering generosity who devoted much of her life to helping others, whether through her volunteer work or the love and support she gave to her family, friends, and community. Her warm heart and gentle spirit touched all who knew her.

Survivors include brother-in-law Ralph Steffey; nieces and nephew Leslie Steffey-Davis, Hollie Delane, Monica McGinniss-King, and Daniel Steffey; cousins Wanda Wise, Donald Hall Jr., Sandy White, Ronald Davis, and Chad Davis; and many great nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.

Pam was preceded in death by her mother and father Eugenia and Preston Urbank; husband Dave Graham; mother Ruby Urbank; sisters Mary Steffey and Vicky Scott; and nephew Jason McGinniss. Pam’s family and friends will gather to celebrate her life and honor her memory, and details of the service have been shared on Facebook.

The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Monday, March 17 at Colonial Beach United Methodist Church, 1 Washington Ave, Colonial Beach, VA 22443.  A funeral service will be held at 11am, Tuesday, March 18 at Colonial Beach United Methodist Church with interment to follow at Popes Creek Baptist Church, 9131 Kings Hwy, Montross, VA 22520.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the Colonial Beach Humane Society (P.O. Box 393, Colonial Beach, VA 22443) continuing the kindness and generosity she embodied throughout her life. Pam will be deeply missed, but her love, light, and contagious laughter will remain with us always.
