Betty Commander Satterwhite, 91, of Beaverdam, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 21, 2025. A devoted member of County Line Baptist Church, Betty lived a life of faith, kindness, and dedication to her family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Tom Satterwhite; her parents, James and Gladys Commander; as well as one brother and two sisters. Betty’s memory will be cherished by her nephews, Eddie Mallory, Mark Sheldon, and Andy Sheldon. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law, Bobby Satterwhite (Peggy) and Billy Satterwhite (Barbara); and sisters-in-law, Linda Johnson (Buddy) and Jean Satterwhite.

A funeral service honoring Betty’s life will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at County Line Baptist Church in Ruther Glen. She will be laid to rest in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service
