Kenneth Wayne Cox, Sr., 67 of Ruther Glen passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Wayne was a retired landscape designer.  He was a faithful member of County Line Baptist Church where he served as president of the Joy Club.  Wayne actively volunteered at the Thurman Brisben Homeless Shelter in Fredericksburg.  He is survived by his loving wife Marlene Hall Cox; their children Kenneth W. Cox, Jr. and Malina Cox and his mother in law Renee Hall, all of Ruther Glen.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025 in County Line Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, April 7 at Storke Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, please talk with Marlene.
