Carl C. Shiflett, Jr., 80 of Woodford, died Tue., Nov. 27, 2018 at his home. Born in Louisa, he was a mechanic. Survivors include his two sons, Vincent Shiflett and Calvin Ruley; a sister, Janice Hosey; five grandchildren, Crystal Ruley, Samantha Ruley, Vicki Ruley, Alanna Shiflett, and Darren Shiflett; five great-grandchildren; Camren Ruley, Carleigh Ruley-Lopez, Adrian Hernandez, Aniyah Ruley Wright and Cadence Boyd; a nephew, Jamie Hosey (Vanessa) and two great nieces, Heather Hosey and Tori Elliott. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Sat., Dec. 1, 2018 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green. VA. The family will receive friends 4-6 PM Fri., Nov. 30, 2018 at the funeral home.
