Keith Edmond Walters, 59, of Biglerville, Pennsylvania, passed away on April 26, 2025.

Keith loved life and found his greatest joy in being on the water – fishing, boating, and embracing the outdoors. He also had a passion for cooking, gardening, and canning the fruits of his labor. His heart for helping others extended beyond the water, as he enjoyed working at Lowe’s, assisting customers with their home projects.

He worked at Shady Grove Seafood in Colonial Beach as well as Evapo and carved his initials in the new Titanic louvers. He collected all things Titanic, books, magazines, scale models, as well as Matchbox cars.

Keith played the guitar and was always singing. He had an immense CD and record collection, including all the KISS albums.

He loved photograph and he was handy at plumbing, electric, and automotive repairs. He loved flying drones and enjoying the outdoors.

Keith was baptized and was a member of Colonial Beach United Methodist Church, where his faith was an important part of his life.

Family meant everything to Keith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Junior & Lois Walters; and beloved Yorkie, Nora.

He is survived by his life partner, Barbara Buckland; and her daughter, Debra Charney, grandson, Kenny Brownley (Tiffani), great-granddaughter, Mya Brownley; and close friends, Patricia Goff and David Payne.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Friday, May 2, 2025 at Historyland Memorial Park in King George, VA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the King George Animal Shelter.
