Laurie Ann Hottle, 61, passed away on June 21, 2025 at her home in King George, Virginia. Laurie retired from the CSCS Aegis Training and Readiness Center at Dahlgren after 35 years of dedicated service. Laurie was an incredibly kind and wonderful person who loved her family above all.

She is preceded in death by her father, David Owen.

Leaving to cherish her memory are her husband, Fred Hottle; mother, Barbara Owen; daughter, Lisa Lawson (Jimmy); brother, Todd Owen (Jennifer); and grandchildren, Adelyn Jackson, Ryleigh Lawson, Lodi Lawson; and nephew, Austin Owen.

The family will receive friends from 3-4pm on Friday, June 27 at Storke Funeral Home, King George with a brief service following.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, alz.org, or the family encourages all to plant a tree in Laurie’s honor – a tribute to the lasting impact of her life.
