Gene M. Duden, 39, of Woodford passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at his home. Born in Pittsburgh, he worked as a CR writer with Manheim Fredericksburg Auto Auction for the last six years. He was kind and thoughtful to all who loved and knew him. Gene loved history, riding dirt bikes, tinkering with anything mechanical and fishing, growing up in Pittsburgh, next to the Allegheny River. He is survived by his mother, Joan “McLaren” Duden; his estranged father, Terry Duden; his uncles, John McLaren (Diana), William McLaren and Kevin McLaren (Tracy); his aunt, Margaret Myers (Bob); his cousins, Angela, John, Shaun, Brandi, Melanie, Billy, Robert, Chuck and Julia; and his cousin’s children, Bubba, Kendra, Alexis, Ashley, Shaun, Zachary, Chelseyann, Kody, Jenny, Katja, Athena, Kal-el, Tyler, Michael, Hunter, Haden, Jordyn, Nathan, Lucas, Ryleigh and Blayke. Gene was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; John and Nancy McLaren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th at 12:00pm in the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home.
