Virginia Mae Cox, 94, of Ruther Glen died Sunday December 6th, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Jerry C. Cox and a son, Bobby Ray Franklin. She is survived by her four children, Lawrence Samuel Franklin, Jr., Marshall Wayne Franklin, Joyce Cox Lowzik, and Jerry Ann Cox Powell; nine grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
