Jessie Davis Hall, 90 of Colonial Beach, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg.  Born on Tangier Island, Jessie was a daughter to the late Jesse W. and Alma Laird Davis.  She graduated from Colonial Beach High School in 1947.  Jessie was a very active member of Colonial Beach Baptist Church; singing in the choir, teaching Sunday School and was an ordained Deacon.  She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  Jessie loved giraffes and had a collection of them.  She also enjoyed photography and often took pictures wherever she went.  Having met her future husband in 1st grade, Jessie was married for 72 years to the late Donald G. Hall.

Survivors include daughter Wanda H. Wise; son Donald Hall, Jr. (Cathy); sister Virginia Parsons; grandchildren, Lindsey, Megan, Heather, Melinda, Roy and Ron; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Ty, Abigail, Isabelle, Sophia, Hayden, Carson, Jaxon, Roy, Hunter, Jovi, Rusty, Ayra, Jacob, Miranda, Payton, Arron, Shayle, Ben and Jaidyn; and special niece Pam Graham, and many other nieces and nephews.  She was also blessed with many friends.  In addition to her parents and husband, Jessie was preceded in death by her siblings Ronald Davis and Eugenia Urbanck.

The funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 30 at Storke Funeral Home, Colonial Beach Chapel.  Following a procession around “THE POINT”, interment will take place at Historyland Memorial Park, King George.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Colonial Beach Baptist Church or Colonial Beach Rescue Squad.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.storkefuneralhome.com.

The funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 30 at Storke Funeral Home, Colonial Beach Chapel.  Following a procession around “THE POINT”, interment will take place at Historyland Memorial Park, King George.
