Paz C. Bustamante, Sr.,79, of Spotsylvania ascended into heaven to be with the Lord on Friday, February 5, 2021. He was born February 2, 1942 in Mexico. He retired from the NSWC and Philip Morris and was a US Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Betty C. Bustamante, his father and mother, Manuel and Petra Bustamante, four sisters, Carlota Salcido, Manuela Montoya, Isabel Barragan and Maria Salcido and two brothers, Ernesto Salcido and Jose Salcido.  He is survived by three children, Rose Kelly (Todd), Paz Bustamante, Jr. (Faith) and Rhonda Byrd (Joel, SR); twelve grandchildren, Eriq Bustamante, Tiffany Kelly, Corey Bustamante, Bryan Kelly, Manae Bustamante, Amber Kelly, Deja Jones, Joel Byrd, Jr., Julian Bustamante, Tahn Bustamante, Tiffany Battle and Emmanuel Stanley as well as eighteen great- grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends and family in the chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Funeral will immediately follow at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
