Wallace I. Gwinn, 76 of Colonial Beach passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 at his home. Born in West Virginia, he served in the United States Air Force and retired from Public Works in Colonial Beach. Survivors include his son, Shane Gwinn; his sister, Mary Foulkes, brother-in-law, William Foulkes; nephews, Wallace and David McKinney and niece, Cynthia Regenhold.
