Victoria H. Richards, 93 of Bowling Green formerly of Niagara Falls, New York passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Bowling Green Health and Rehab. Born in Indiana, Pennsylvania to Frank and Mary Novotney 18 February 1928, Victoria lived a simple, hardworking life as a Coalminers daughter. She later married the love of her life Paul E. Richards in April 1947. They had four children and moved to Niagara Falls, New York. Tragedy struck too soon when Paul passed suddenly in August of 1964 leaving Victoria to raise the young children. Victoria persevered, met her life friend William Fessenden and eventually, years later, moved to Virginia to be with family in her twilight years.

Survivors include her children, Paulette Richards (David) of Hawaii, Donna Bloom (Gregg) of Florida and Mark Richards (Deborah) of Bowling Green and Daughter in law Suzanne Richards of New York; eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Richards and life friend William Fessenden and her son, David Richards. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 6^th at 2:00pm in the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home. The family will receive friends, one hour prior to the service.
