Debby Brumley Marshall, 69, beloved mother, daughter and wife went home to be with the Lord on March 11, 2021.

Debby loved all creatures great and small.  She never let a stray go hungry or a child.  She was protector of the innocent.  Though our hearts are heavy right now, we rejoice in the fact that someday we will see her again, when we too end our earthly journey. 

She is survived by her daughter Michelle (Shelly) Mastin and son-in-lay Eddie Joe Mastin of Louisa, VA and her husband of 42 years Hugh Marshall.

She was preceded in death by her Mother and Father Audrey and Eugene (Buck) Brumley and her first husband George Morgan.

 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Fredericksburg SPCA (www.fredspca.org).

The peace that eluded her here on earth she as found in heaven. Amen.
