Our little angel, you gained your angel wings way too soon. You are loved and were loved by your entire family.

Maddox Adam Guyett, infant son of parents Ryan Guyett and Loren Catlett Guyett, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021.  In addition to his parents, Maddox is survived by his maternal grandmother Loretta Catlett, paternal grandparents Melissa and Erwin Guyett, III; great-grandparents Stella and John Catlett, Debbie and Erwin Guyett, Jr.; uncles John Catlett (Misty), Joshua Guyett, Gage Guyett; aunts Payton Guyett, Amanda Twillie; and special members of the family: Amanda Catlett, Allen Catlett (Megan), Anthony Catlett, Rachel Heislup (Stewart), Johnny Catlett, III; and numerous other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held at 1pm on Sunday, April 11 at Tabernacle Baptist Church followed by a funeral service at 2pm with Pastor Sherman Davis officiating.  Burial to follow at Historyland Memorial Park.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.storkefuneralhome.com.
