Jean Cleary Seymour, 60, of Ruther Glen, died Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at her home. Born in Richmond, she was the daughter of the late John W. and Marjorie L. Cleary. She had worked as a mail clerk for the United Postal Service. Jean is survived by her husband Charles G. Seymour; four children, Levi G. Breeden, Tanya Hoopsick, Charles Seymour and Travis Seymour; sisters, Elise Layne, Lori Samuels, Bonnie Byars, Vicki Adams, and Patricia Cleary; and two grandchildren, Sophia Breeden and David Paul Hoopsick. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Joan Cleary and Carol White. A Celebration of her Life will be celebrated at a later date.
