Esther Olga Brygger Higgs, 92, of Colonial Beach, passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, in King George.
A daughter of the late Edward and Clara Smith Brygger, she had retired from Safeway Stores. She enjoyed bingo, yard sales and cherished time spent with family.
Survivors include grandchildren, Angie M. Shane, Samuel Allen Leonard, Jr. (Jamie), Joseph Lemanski and Denise Dameron. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Higgs and daughter, Janet Harvey.
