Carol Hampton Lee, 92 of Mechanicsville passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021. Born on the 4^th of July, 1928 in Essex County, he is survived by his wife, Mary Lee; his daughters, Jean Sanders (Sammy), Patsy Worsham and Angela Conley; his grandchildren, Chris (Kelly), Brandi and Zac; his great grandchildren, Kade, Kelsi and Draven and his sister, Alice Jean Mitchell. He enjoyed working in his garden, hunting and fishing and taking care of his chickens. He also enjoyed sitting on his front porch, waving to everyone and taking the occasional nap. He was known to ride around town with his dog, Pixie. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, David Lee, son in law, Robert Conley and ten brothers and sisters. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 5^th at 1:00pm in the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home, with private burial to follow in Signal Hill Memorial Park. www.storkefuneralhome.com.
