James Everett Field, 80, of Partlow passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. Everett was the owner of J. E. Field Masonry for many years.  He loved to hunt, fish, garden, and work on cars.  He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; his children Vickie F. Pyne and her husband J. Pyne of Fredericksburg; James Craig Field and his wife Barbara of Richmond; his grandchildren Samantha N. Pyne, Charles E. Field, and Nicholas D. Foust; his brothers Aubrey and Thomas, his sisters Virginia Scott and Audrey Revels.  He is preceded in death by his parents George Everett and Lena Davis Field. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm for viewing Friday, July 9 at the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home.  The funeral service will take place at 2:00pm on Saturday, July 10 at Waller’s Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
