Bobbe Morrissette, 88, of Dahlgren, VA passed away peacefully on Monday, July 19, 2021, at Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center in Fredericksburg, VA.  Born in Washington, DC, she enjoyed a career of more than 30 years in the Dahlgren dental office of Dr. E.P. Woodworth. In her leisure time, she was active in the King George Garden Club and supported the SPCA and King George Animal Rescue League.  She never met a dog that she didn’t love or that didn’t love her in return. She enjoyed playing bridge with a group of dear and lifelong friends and knitting gifts for family and friends. Bobbe was a superb entertainer and took delight in a good party or social gathering with friends and family. She was a longtime member of Dahlgren United Methodist Church. Bobbe was preceded in death by her husband Raymond in June of 2019. Survivors include her daughter Linda Failes (Bob) of Harrisonburg and son Michael (Lynette) of King George. She is also survived by grandchildren Kelsey Failes Tolbert (Christopher), Steven Morrissette and Ashley Morrissette (Allison) and great granddaughter Olivia Tolbert.
