It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Stephanie Nicole Dankos of King George Virginia who left us unexpectedly on August 28, 2021, at the age of 30.

Stephanie was born March 26, 1991 in Prince Georges County, Maryland.  Shortly after her birth she moved with her family to Georgia and then later as a young child she moved to the Northern Neck where she continued to reside.  Stephanie graduated from King George High School a year early and attended Germanna Community College.

Stephanie loved the water and anything outdoors. Bike riding, boating, jet skis or riding 4 wheelers with her brothers to name a few.  Her greatest joy in life was the birth of her daughter Hayden whom she loved so much and cherished every moment spent together.

She is predeceased by her brother Lenny and her lifelong best friend Eli Phillips, whom she missed terribly.  She is survived by her mother, Sheila Selman, Her beloved daughter Hayden. Sisters Rosemary, Casey and brothers Wendell, Joshua, Dale and Jesse as well as many nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of Stephanie’s life on Friday September 3, 2021 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Storke Funeral Home located at 11089 James Madison Pkwy, King George, VA 22485.
