Gregory J. Bridges, 63, King George, VA, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021, at Mary Washington Hospital.

Greg was a master electrician, working most recently for the College of Southern Maryland. He was an active member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Sons of the American Legion.

He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Merianne; his son Greg (Erica) and their children, Annmarie L. Bridges and Sidney M. Bridges; his sister Judith A. Adams; his brother John A. Bridges; 15 nieces and nephews; and 22 great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Alexander J. Bridges and Elizabeth E. Fraley Bridges, Greg was preceded in death by a son, Michael L. Bridges.

A celebration of life is being planned for a later date.
