Lottie Marie Walker, 71, of Ruther Glen, died Monday, September 27, 2021 at Spotsylvania Memorial Regional Center. Daughter of Russell E. Pugh and Catherine M. Phillips. Born in Alexandria, VA, she grew up Rockfish Nelson County Walton’s Mountain. She is survived by her husband, Clay Walker; three children, Jason Pugh and wife Stacey, Deanna Arcenia and husband Bob, Summer Spurlin husband Ronnie; three step-children, John Walker, Debbie Collins and Michelle Walker; siblings, Roland Pugh, Carlton Pugh, Bobby Pugh, Margaret Roberts and Imogene Roberts; five grandchildren, Devin Walker, Vickie Walker, Cora Walker and Renee Pugh; and a great grandson, David Pugh.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
