Arthur J. (AJ) Young, II, 45 of Caroline County passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. He was employed at G&G Ace Hardware in Bowling Green. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Rhonda and Jack Rakes; his son, Jonathan Powers (and his mother, Danielle Powers); his daughter, Cassidy Rozell (and her mother, Loren Rozell); his step-son, Nathan Powers; his sister, Joanne Bowling; his brother, Caleb Young; his uncle and aunt, Ronald and Nancy White; numerous cousins and his dogs, Judy and Brownie. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Young, his maternal grandparents, Ronnie and Virginia White and his paternal grandparents, Massie and Clizzy Young. A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 12^th at 2:00pm in Lakewood Cemetery, Bowling Green. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
