Sharon Rose Foreman Marquez, 43 years old, of Virginia Beach died October 20th, 2021. Sharon was born May 7th, 1978 in Maryland to parents Joyce Skaggs Foreman and Terry Lee Foreman. She married Robert Marquez on February 14th, 2020. She graduated from Eastern Virginia school of massage after she found a passion for the healing power of massage therapy. She grew up in Colonial Beach, Virginia and moved to Virginia Beach in 2011. She enjoyed the beach, being surrounded by family, and cooking. Additionally, music was such an integral part of her life that she could never be found without her Bluetooth speaker, often playing 90’s R&B. Just as she enjoyed all types of people, she enjoyed all types of music and viewed it as a means to understand and unite others.

Sharon is survived by her husband Robert Marquez, daughters Leah Foreman and Emma Marquez, granddaughter Zion Williams, father Terry Foreman, and siblings Amy Foreman, Michael Foreman, John Foreman, Sarah Porta, Anna Lucero, David Foreman, Joshua Foreman and 21 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her mother. She was well loved by many friends and will be remembered for an infectious laugh often brought on by her favorite shows and movies, like Grey’s Anatomy, Grace & Frankie, and The Proposal.

The funeral service will be held at Storke Funeral Home in King George, VA on 28 October at 2 PM. and be officiated by Rev. J.
