Robert Lewis Abel, 67, of Ruther Glen died Friday, November 19, 2021 at Henrico Doctors Hospital. Born in Alexandria, he was the son of the late Vernon and Carol Abel. He is survived by a daughter, Lisa Lynn Lockhart; a brother, Dennis Abel; three sisters, Nancy, Bonnie and Nona; a granddaughter, Kelsey Lockhart; two great-daughters, Madison and Kailyn Lockhart; and a nephew, Jerry Abel. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
