I wanted to offer a quick note of sincere thanks. You and your staff have shown us the greatest level of genuine care and respect throughout this process, and I could not be more grateful. Of course no family wishes to be in the situation to need your services, and ours was only complicated by the pandemic. You maintained the utmost level of dignity and support throughout, however, going above and beyond what we could have expected or hoped for. Yesterday, the culmination of months’ waiting, could not have been better, and I am thankful to be able today to start the first steps in the next chapter of healing for myself and my family. You and your team are responsible for that. You are world-class in every way and are a credit to your profession. You have my eternal thanks.
