Inurnment Tuesday, June 18th at 1:00 pm in the columbarium at the United States Naval Academy

John was an amazing man from an amazing family. I have been blessed all my life by the Love and Consciousness of John and his family, through our connection of John’s mother, Louise (Du Bois) Burt, who is sister to my father, Charles Frederick Du Bois. Our Love and Blessings flow to John and all of the family at this time and Always!

We regret not knowing John for a longer time. He was an engaging and dedicated man, a joy in conversation. We all miss him. Our consolations and prayers go with John's family.

John served his nation well, was a great family man and a true friend. He will be missed by all who knew him. Our prayers go out to Mary, his children and grandchildren.
