Mary Pugh Smith, 67, of Ruther Glen, died suddenly Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at her home. Mary was the daughter of the late Roderick and Frances Trivett Pugh. Mary had retired after 25 years of service at Rappahannock Electric Company. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Daniel Smith and two brothers, Kenneth Ray Pugh and Larry Pugh. She is survived by her children, Mandy Tate (Kevin) and Robbie Glasco; two sisters, Rose Smith (Larry) and Linda Wilkerson (David); a brother, Carroll Pugh (Julie) two grandsons, Zachary and Ryan Tate and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held 6-8 pm Monday, March 6, 2023 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, VA 22427.
