Louise was a wonderful and devoted friend to me! I first met Louise back in the 70’s when we both work at the Potomac River Bridge as toll collectors and we formed a friendship that lasted long after we both retired. Louise loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and her family…..in many phone conversations we had after retirement, she would talk about her family for hours. Louise was a great cook and shared a few of her recipes with me over the years…my husband looked forward to his annual Christmas prune cake that Louise made sure he received. Most of all, Louise was a Godly woman and I know she’s in Heaven and one day I will be reunited with my beautiful friend, until then, I miss you and love you my friend.
