Bill (Pap) Harper, 84, died unexpectedly December 30, 2022 at his home. He was born March 10, 1938 in Carlisle, PA, the son of John M. and Eva M. (Rupp) Harper.
Bill attended school in Carlisle until 8th grade when he went to work construction. He was married to Diane Rineard in 1957 and had three children, Dawn, Steve and Bill. He then married Nancy and had Little Bill. He married Donna in 1981 and was married for 41 years and she was the love of his life, along with hunting. He retired from Bethlehem Steel where he worked as a foreman.
He was predeceased by his parents. Surviving in addition to his wife Donna Harper, are his brother Edward Harper and sister Barbara Harper; his children, daughter Dawn Stazel (Dave), sons Steve Harper, Bill M. Harper (Kathie) and Bill L. Harper (Stephanie), seven grandchildren Tiffany, Renee, Justin, Bobby, Steve Kelsey, and Evan and great grandchildren.
