Carolyn Gray Crawford, 69, of Mechanicsville died Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Memorial Regional Medical Center. Born in Virginia, she is the daughter of the late Joan and Alton M, Gray, Sr. she is the widow of Archie Kevin Crawford.  She was a member of Montaque Baptist Church and had retired from Topside Federal Credit Union. Carolyn loved flowers, Bingo and was never in a bad mood and not scared of anything. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Shupe (Justin); two brothers, Alton Gray, Jr. and William F, Gray (Joyce); three sisters, Jacqueline Saunders, Laurie S. Gray Townsend (John) and Nellie Bly Stine (Tom) and her granddaughter Kendall L. Page.  The family will receive friends 6-8pm Thursday, August, 17, 2023 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 18, 2023 with Rev. Richard Headley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Stroke Association at www.stroke.org.
