WOW! What a wonderful young man! I am an employee at the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Cort, but I'm thankful for the sharing of his life journey. The words shared have blessed and made me smile today. What a glorious life Cort lived with a lot of amusement. As I read about Cort's life journey my heart aches, but at the same time I find myself smiling as I read about his humorous personality and love for his family. As I look at Cort's photo posted on the website it draws me in giving me a feeling of joy, comfort and peace! This is a special young man. To the family: My condolences to you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Sounds like you all created some absolutely wonderful and beautiful memories. Hold on to those! Much love for you all during this difficult time.

Cort was a stand up dude!!!! I am the Change Management Lead in Huntsville and I always LOVED helping him through the red tape!!! He was always willing to do whatever was asked of him, but would make sure to remind me how stupid and cumbersome it seemed. Cort was always good for a laugh and always willing to STAND TALL, take a deep breath, and SPEAK on any of his projects and even some that weren't, He was a good friend. Cort was a proud father and one of the easiest guys to work with. I was always extra diligent anytime I saw his name attached to the work. Cort was always available to help and to brave facing Chief O'Donnell in the CAB meetings...lol!!! Cort was a one of a kind guy. He will be forever missed. His silly wit and charismatic charm always stood out in a crowd. His children and wife were very blessed to have such a good DUDE to follow. You guys are in my prayers. All of my best to ya'll! He loved that SOUTHERN thing. Always teased me about it. Sincerely, Shelli
