The family will receive friends at the King George Chapel of Storke Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 27th from 6:00 – 8:00pm.
A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, February 28th at 11:00am, with burial to follow in Historyland Memorial Park.
The pallbearers will be Carson Marshall, Luke Marshall, Will Stoup, Kevin Eller, Joe Tolson and George Major.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
Donald K. “Don” Marshall, 78 of King George passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at his home. Born in Wise County, he had retired after 35 years of service as a machinist with Atlantic Research Corporation in Bristow, VA. Survivors include his wife, Kitty Meade Marshall; his son, Joseph “Joey” Marshall (Christa); his sister, Susan Gore; his grandsons, Carson and Luke Marshall; several nieces and nephews; brother in law, Thurman Stallard and Will Stoup, whom he considered like a son. Don was preceded in death by his parents, Omar and Euva Marshall and his sister, Janice Stallard.
