Eileen Kay Waugh, 74, of Colonial Beach passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022.  She was a strong advocate for her family especially her son and his education.  Eileen was an avid reader of romance novels, enjoyed adding to her squirrel collection and feeding the squirrels in her backyard.  She was preceded in death by parents Arnold Hermin Bohl and Helen Elizabeth Bach Bohl, her son Mark Eugene Lancaster, her daughter Carol Powell and her step-father Joe Bowman.  Eileen was the loving and supportive naval wife to her husband Rickard E. Waugh.  In addition to her husband, she is survived by her devoted son Rickard Elian Waugh, Jr. and his wife Bobbi; four grandchildren Kyle Wyatt, Dennis Daubert II, Samantha Daubert and Bridget Waugh; eight great-grandchildren Sadie Waugh, Colby Daubert, Ruby Daubert, Abel Daubert, Dennis  Daubert, III,  Ryleigh Daubert, Peyton Chisholm and Hailey Chisholm; her sister Jody Reichel (Bob) and family; her brother Earl Kogler and family and her BFF Mary Hudak.   A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Storke Funeral Home, King George.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice or Dementia Society of America, PO Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901 or dementiasociety.org.
