Elizabeth Anne “Eli” Phillips, 28, of Montross passed away Monday, December 9, 2019 at her home, after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Scott Phillips; her children, Rylee, Natalie and Milo; her mother, Janis Balderson (C.O.); her father, Brian Sprouse (Rebecca); her brother, Kamron Sprouse (Beth); half-sister, Kyrstin Sprouse; and other loved ones including, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, and close friends. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled for a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
