Elsie Carter Mundie, 92, of Chester, formerly of Milford died March 29, 2022. Born in Caroline, she was the widow of Reuben Haile Mundie. She is survived by a sister, Mary Frances Carter Hart, nephew, Walter Farmer (Sheila), a niece, Nancy Taylor (Milton) and numerous other nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Ruth Homan and her three brothers, Hugh Carter, James Taylor Carter and Ross D. Carter and a sister, Margaret Sparks.  Elsie will be privately interred beside her husband Reuben in Greenlawn Cemetery.
