Eva Janell Martin, 76, of Ruther Glen, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Born in South Carolina, she was the daughter of Seaborn Edward and Effie Bell Cosnahan. She loved her family and was adored by her family. She was known to many as “Nana”. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Frances Gay, Ronald Edward Cosnahan and Pat Scott. She is survived by her husband, Phil Martin; three children, Charmaine Martin, Christopher Martin and Dwayne Martin; five grandchildren, Todd Fortune, Nick Fortune, Kayla Martin, Brandi Martin and D. J. Martin; two sisters, Sue Hartley and Janice Gay; and numerous great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 4-6 PM Friday, November 4, 2022 at Storke Funeral Home. Following the visitation, the family will receive family and friends at Ladysmith Volunteer Rescue Squad.
