Words seem so feeble in moments like these Life is so precious, and death such a thief. The depths of your pain I cannot comprehend, but I'll stand alongside you in the darkness, my friend. Love is a bond that death cannot part. Gone from your arms, but still held in your heart. ----John Mark Green Keeping your family in the light, Debbie!

Dear ones, At times like this it is difficult to know what to say that will make any impact. However, I feel that the lesson my daddy taught me long ago, is very worth sharing. He said, "as long as we keep the happy memories of our loved one alive in our heart they can never really leave us." I have tested this lesson many times over the years and found it to be true. I am sure your family has many happy memories of Frank. Share them with each other, remember them with a smile, keep them close in your heart. Frank will be with you through them. You all are in my prayers for strength, peace and joy.

I learned today of Frank's passing. I was a professor in his graduate program with Old Dominion University. I was encouraged by his quest to continue his pursuit of learning under conditions that most people would have given up. It was a testament to his love of learning and desire to enrich himself with the intent to better serve those around him. My condolences for the family and friends of Frank.
