Jessie Oakland Barker, infant son of James Barker and Cathy Hamm passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 in VCU Medical Center, Richmond. In addition to his parents, he survived by his big brother, James Barker Jr.; his maternal grandmother, Joyce Hamm; his paternal grandparents, Debi and Paul Barker; his maternal great grandmother, Patricia Marshall; his paternal great grandmother, Virginia Barker and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 6th at 2:00pm in Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery, Ruther Glen.
