A funeral service to honor Joe’s life will be held at 12 noon on Monday, March 18, 2024 at Storke Funeral Home, Colonial Beach. Prior to the service, the family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 11AM.
Following the service, burial will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Oak Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to Wendy’s Feline Friends, 1228 Holly Vista Drive, Colonial Beach, VA 22443.
Joseph John Agresto, Jr., 79, of Colonial Beach, VA passed away on March 12, 2024.
Joe was known for his unwavering strength balanced with a sense of humor, often delivering Dad jokes that brought joy to those around him. He enjoyed Westerns, the excitement of wrestling matches, and the freedom of riding motorcycles. Above all, Joe cherished his beloved cats, finding comfort and companionship in their presence.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Rose; and brothers, Richard and Robert.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Betty; children, Joey, Cindy, Angie, and Joseph John; step-daughter, Brenda; sister, Patricia; many nieces and nephews; and beloved cats, Mouse, Belle, and Gizzy.
