Joyce Carneal Doggett, 66, of Ruther Glen passed away Monday, August 29, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Shirley Carneal; sister Karen Sue Carneal, and son Gregory Scott Carneal. Joyce loved being outside and fishing, picking blackberries, her family, and animals, especially her beloved dog, Moses. One thing was certain, despite her many health battles over the last 20 years, Joyce faced each new challenge and never gave up. She was such a feisty, strong willed woman and true fighter who would do anything for her family. Joyce was like a second mom to so many of her children’s friends. Survivors include her two children, Amy Rodgers and Bryan Rodgers (Tina); four siblings, Toni Phelix, Bernard Carneal, II, Michael Carneal, and Shana Wood; five grandchildren, Kaylee Rodgers, Christian Rodgers, Brianna Mawyer, Jade Smith, and Bentley Brown. A memorial service will be held at Storke Funeral Home in Bowling Green on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 6pm-8pm.
